The HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Ensures that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices.

Assist in the day-to-day tasks of the HRD.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding activities.
Assist in the processing of timekeeping.
Ensure smooth implementation of wellness, recreational, and retention programs for employees.
Assist in all company-wide events and programs.
Process performance evaluation of employees.
Identify and assess key trainings that are needed by the employees.
